50 MinThese cheesecake cookie cups take everything you adore about a creamy, luscious cheesecake and pair it with the chewy goodness of a chocolate chip cookie instead of the usual graham cracker crust. They're the perfect treat for parties or family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) room temperature cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 can of your favourite pie filling
- 1 batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Line 24 muffin cups with muffin liners. Place one small scoop of cookie dough in each cup and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies have spread to the edge of the muffin cups and are lightly browned.
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into each muffin cup. Fill almost to the top of the muffin liner.
- Bake for additional 15-18 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Top each cheesecake cup with a tablespoon of pie filling. Store in refrigerator.
